Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a FAST Service Specialist to support client offices with mail, copy, reception, hospitality and facilities tasks.

You will travel to Stamford, CT and Newark & Secaucus NJ on a limited basis, plus cover absences with flexible weekly schedules. Candidates need a HS diploma and 1+ year in customer service; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact.
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater.
• Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a wheeled cart up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Mail Services: metering, sorting, and distributing mail and packages per schedule.
• Copy Services: produce copy, print and scan projects per instructions.
• Reception: answer calls and greet visitors professionally.
• Hospitality: manage conference rooms, kitchens, stock supplies.
• Floor Coordination: maintain copy rooms and supplies, deliver paper.
• Facilities: assist with small moves and building issues.
• Weekly schedule flexibility to cover absences and vacations.
• Travel to Stamford, CT and Newark/Secaucus, NJ with reimbursements.
