Qualifikationen

• Lead the Cycle of Service for the veterinary medical team and promote hospital services.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by routing flow to ensure care and productivity.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients about pet health and services.
• Assist clients with documentation, enter pet history, and ensure prompt service.
• Handle invoices, dispense prescriptions, and schedule future appointments.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and opening/closing procedures.
• Perform administrative functions as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
