Banfield Pet Hospital in Texas seeks a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, support the veterinary team, and deliver outstanding service in a welcoming environment.

You will educate clients on wellness plans, schedule appointments, and handle documentation while maintaining efficient hospital operations. Strong English skills and prior customer service experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• One year related experience preferred with customer service.
• Medical background (veterinary/healthcare) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles within self and team.
• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing flow of clients and pets.
• Maximize number of pets seen by efficient hospital operation.
• Provide professional, efficient service; welcome clients and educate them about pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet data entry; ensure prompt service.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, and scheduling.
• Manage finances with opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
