It’s A Secret Med Spa is seeking a Client Concierge to warmly welcome clients, both in person and by phone, and educate them on services offered. You will manage front desk duties, assist providers with scheduling, and ensure the POS system is accurate, while maintaining a clean, professional environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service experience, a flexible weekend schedule, and strong communication skills.

Competenze

1 year of customer service experience required.
Ability to work weekends with a flexible schedule.
Experience in a med spa or medical office preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask while attending to clients.

Mansioni

Warmly greet clients in person and over the phone, educating them about services.
Manage front desk tasks: check in/out, greet clients, oversee inventory, stock supplies.
Maintain a clean, professional facility environment.
Assist providers and managers with scheduling and maintaining appointment books.
Ensure POS system is accurate with client and employee information.
Comply with company policies to streamline location processes.
Maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA and company policy.
