Job summary

Truist in the United States is seeking a customer-focused teammate to provide timely, accurate client transactions while delivering superior service. You will educate clients on digital banking options and support sales through outbound outreach, bridging needs to the right branch team or specialist.

You will also participate in IRM-related activities, maintain up-to-date product knowledge, and adhere to controls and policies to ensure compliant operations across all duties.

Qualifications

• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multitask under time constraints.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online, Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
