Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and related processes.
• Advance product and knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies, keeping up with policy changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution, handling branch workload.
