Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation seeks a customer-focused associate to deliver outstanding service and accurate processing of client transactions. You will educate clients on digital banking options and support sales through outbound outreach, while coordinating with branch teams to address needs and opportunities.

Strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency with basic PC software are essential. Some travel and weekend/extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate handling of transactions
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions like ATMs, Online and Mobile banking
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying opportunities
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise
• Participate in Retail Community Bank routines and training
