Job summary

Truist is seeking a customer-focused professional to provide timely client transactions and maintain accurate records at a branch in the United States. You will help clients with basic and complex transactions, while promoting digital banking tools and a high-quality service experience.

You will participate in outbound outreach, support sales activities, and collaborate with branch staff to identify client needs and opportunities. Training and adherence to policy are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and occasional weekends/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience through transactions and courteous conversations.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound calls and referrals to branch teams.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
