Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and occasional weekends/overnights

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience through courteous conversations while handling complex and standardized transactions
• Educate clients on digital self-service tools (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking)
• Assist with outbound client outreach and identify needs/opportunities
• Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) initiatives for client solutions
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and serve clients better
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution
