Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a customer-focused associate for regular, on-site work in the United States. The role emphasizes delivering excellent client experiences, handling transactions, and supporting outbound calls while promoting digital banking solutions.

Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, cash handling experience, and the ability to work weekends. Training on IRM and compliance policies is provided, with opportunities to advance within Retail Community

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage clients.
• Proficient with PC keyboards and branch automation software.
• Able to multi-task under time constraints; strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in basic computer apps such as Microsoft Office.
• Willing to travel for temporary staffing needs; may include locale changes.
• Weekend work and extended hours with possible travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound outreach and client needs identification.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and trainings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies; stay updated on changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
