Truist is seeking a customer-focused professional for a branch-based role in the United States. The position emphasizes delivering a distinctive client experience through courteous interactions, handling both complex and standard transactions, and guiding clients to digital self-service options.

Responsibilities include supporting sales via outbound calls, promoting Truist products, and contributing to IRM activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and to work weekends/extended hours as needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with smiling, facilitating courteous conversation, and conducting transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales process with outbound client outreach and needs assessment.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
