The role supports sales activities and IRM initiatives while maintaining accurate records and compliance.

You will participate in branch routines, develop product knowledge, and assist with new accounts and issue resolution. Regular shifts may require weekend hours and travel for staffing needs.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent education.

Responsabilidades

• Provide distinctive client experience through conversations and transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales via outbound calls and identify client needs or opportunities.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through meetings and training.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, and risk management.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and resolutions.
