Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular, full-time Banking/Client Services Associate to provide timely, accurate client transactions and deliver superior service in a branch setting. You will educate clients on digital banking and assist with outbound calling and IRM activities to grow relationships.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, multi-tasking under time constraints, and adherence to internal controls and procedures. Weekend shifts and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Willingness to work weekends/extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience with transactions and uncover needs.
• Educate clients on digital banking and self-service solutions.
• Support sales through outbound calls and referrals to branch teams.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) concepts.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
