Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time team member in the retail branch network to provide timely client transactions and excellent service. You will guide customers through digital banking options, support outbound outreach, and assist with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities to meet diverse financial needs.

Role requires strong interpersonal skills, multi-tasking ability, and willingness to travel or work weekends as needed, with a focus on accurate records and compliant

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience preferred.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and branch automation software.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and occasional weekends/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations while handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions like ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Advance product knowledge to better serve consumers and business clients.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies; stay updated on policy changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
