Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and weekend/extended hours as required.

Aufgaben

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle transactions with accuracy and service quality.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by outreach and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, and risk management.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and resolutions.
