Truist is seeking a customer-focused teammate to deliver a distinctive client experience in the retail banking setting. You will handle transactions, educate clients on digital banking, and support sales efforts through outreach and needs-based referrals.

The role emphasizes building client relationships, adhering to policies, and participating in ongoing training to deepen product knowledge. Weekend hours and some travel may be required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with courteous conversation and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs and online/mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
