Qualifications

• Ability to comply with risk, regulatory, and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in the branch.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them regularly to deepen relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and offer suitable banking solutions.
• Educate clients on Chase technology and self-service channels.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to specialists as needed.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
