Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to build and retain meaningful client relationships using the latest banking solutions. You will acquire and manage clients, educate them on Chase technology, and collaborate with experts to address complex financial needs.

You will work within regulatory requirements, complete licensing within 180 days if unlicensed, and support customers across retail banking channels while ensuring exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures quickly and connect clients to specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
