Job summary

You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, applying financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions that address needs and simplify banking.

The role requires 1+ year of sales in banking, strong communication skills, and compliance awareness. Some evenings and weekend hours may be required, with licensing support provided by the company.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and meet compliance obligations, including training.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations, and Life licenses; obtain licenses within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, welcoming service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Communicate clearly to tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate clients on Chase technology like the mobile app and Chase.com.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to experts for complex needs.
