Job summary

Truist Wealth in Miami seeks a customer-focused teller/associate to handle client transactions and provide high-quality service. You will support sales and educate clients on digital banking tools while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with smiling and courteous conversation; perform complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in branches' leadership routines and training sessions.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies; stay updated on policy changes.
