Job summary

Truist Miami Beach location is seeking a Regular full‑time Teller/Client Service Associate to provide timely and accurate client transactions and maintain records. You will guide clients through digital banking tools and support the sales process with outbound outreach.

The role emphasizes cross-training for IRM activities, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed. Prior teller or service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required, including temporary assignments or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients during transactions and offering tailored assistance.
• Educate clients on digital banking self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile).
• Support sales processes through outbound calls and by identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to enhance product knowledge and client service skills.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
