Job summary

Educating clients on Online/Mobile banking, assisting branch sales, and maintaining strong internal controls are key aspects of the role. Weekend hours and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multitask under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products.
• Willingness to travel for staffing needs.
• Weekend and extended hours availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with courteous conversation and handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support team sales through outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services.
