Truist is seeking an attentive client service professional to process regular and complex teller transactions and maintain accurate records. You will educate clients on online and mobile banking, handle inquiries, and identify opportunities for services while delivering a high-quality, compliant client experience.

You will collaborate with branch teams, participate in training, and support sales efforts through outbound calls and needs discovery, with flexibility for shifts and occasional travel.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC keyboard and branch automation software.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient with basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Must be able to travel for temporary staffing needs and shifts.
• Weekend and/or extended hours availability may be required.

Mansioni

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle transactions accurately.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATM, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) for tailored solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank routines and trainings.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
