Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel/overnights.

Responsabilités

• Provide a distinctive client experience by handling transactions with accuracy and courtesy.
• Educate clients on digital banking options to improve service experience.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying needs for referral to branches.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to enhance product knowledge for consumers and businesses.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk policies, staying compliant with updates.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution, handling workload based on branch needs.
