Qualifications

• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs or locale changes.
• Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience and handle transactions accurately.
• Educate clients on digital banking options (ATMs, Online/Mobile).
• Support sales by presenting client offers and identifying needs.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank routines and trainings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as contact for account maintenance and issue resolution.
