Truist Financial Corporation seeks a client service professional in the United States to provide timely, accurate transactional support and a superior client experience. You will help clients with both complex and standard transactions while guiding them to digital self-service solutions.

Role includes outbound outreach, understanding IRM, and staying current with product knowledge, with weekend/extended hours as needed. Regular, full-time position with opportunities across branches.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience preferred.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours, with possible travel/overnights.

• Provide a distinctive client experience through courteous conversation and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound outreach and identifying client needs.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and trainings.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services through ongoing training.
• Follow internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution, with workload aligned to branch demands.
