Job summary

Truist Bank is seeking a customer-focused Teller/Client Service Associate to provide timely, accurate transactions while delivering superior service. You will help clients meet their financial needs, support outbound calling, and assist with Integrated Relationship Management activities.

You will cross-train to support sales and service, working in a regular, first-shift US-based role with opportunities to grow within the branch team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling experience or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Able to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Able to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Able to work weekends/extended hours with possible travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience with courteous interaction and accurate, thorough handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service tools like ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales through outbound client outreach and identifying needs for referrals to branch teams.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and product knowledge trainings.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and updated policies.
• Be a secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution, handling branch demands.
