Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a regular full-time team member to provide timely, accurate client transactions and maintain records. The role focuses on outstanding service, cross-training to support sales, and assisting with IRM activities to meet clients' financial needs.

Responsibilities include facilitating complex and standard transactions, educating clients on digital banking, and representing the bank in outbound outreach while collaborating with branch teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs as required.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsabilités

• Provide a distinctive client experience by handling complex and standard transactions and identifying client needs.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online, Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound client outreach and opportunity identification.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge for serving clients.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
