Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in the United States is seeking a Regular full-time Banking Associate to provide accurate client transactions and superior service while building relationships. You will educate clients on digital banking tools, assist with outbound outreach, and support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.

With a focus on compliance and exceptional communication, you will handle a variety of routine and complex transactions, working in a fast-paced branch environment

Qualifications

HS diploma or equivalent required.
Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to travel and work weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

Handle client transactions accurately and thoroughly.
Educate clients on digital banking options.
Support sales by outbound outreach and referrals.
Assist with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.
Comply with internal controls and risk policies.
Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
