Job summary

Truist Wealth in Pennsylvania seeks a Regular teller who handles client transactions accurately and delivers a high-quality service experience. You will educate clients on digital banking options, support the sales process, and partner with branch colleagues to meet client needs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience
Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation
Ability to multi-task under time constraints
Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Provide a distinctive client experience with a consistent service level and handle complex and standardized transactions
Educate clients on digital, self-service banking options (ATMs, Online and Mobile)
Support team sales by outbound client outreach and identifying opportunities
Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) for Truist client solutions
Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training
Maintain awareness of policies, procedures, and risk management controls
Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution
