Truist in Pennsylvania seeks a Regular Teller to provide accurate client service, process transactions, and help clients meet their financial needs. You will learn and apply branch procedures while delivering a friendly, secure banking experience.

This role trains across sales and service activities, supports IRM initiatives, and requires ability to work weekends and extended hours as needed. Strong communication and PC skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• 6 months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.

Responsabilités

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and completing transactions, with assistance for more complex tasks.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online, Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound calls and referrals to branch staff or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and trainings.
• Pursue product knowledge to better serve consumer and business clients across trainings and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, handling work based on branch demands.
