Job summary

Truist Wealth in Cetronia, PA seeks a Regular teller/customer service professional to provide timely and accurate client transactions and maintain thorough records, delivering superior service and uncovering client needs.

You will help educate clients on digital banking, support branch sales, and participate in IRM initiatives while upholding internal controls and policies. Weekend hours and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Weekend work and extended hours with possible travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience to maintain service levels and handle transactions; complex work with assistance as needed.
• Educate clients on digital/self-service solutions including ATMs and online/mobile banking.
• Support sales by client outreach, checking offers, and referring needs to branch teams or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in all components of Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Pursue training to improve product knowledge for consumer and business clients.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies; stay updated on changes.
• Serve as a secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution; manage workload as branch demands.
