Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Strong PC and software skills for branch automation.
• Willingness to travel for staffing needs and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with courtesy and handling transactions; assist with complex transactions when needed.
• Educate clients on digital self-service tools including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound calls, checking offers, and identifying client needs; refer to branch team.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through meetings and training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk policies; stay updated on procedures.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution; manage branch workload.
