Job summary

Truist Wealth in the United States is seeking a regular full-time teller/client service associate responsible for accurate transaction processing and thorough record-keeping while delivering a distinctive client experience.

You will educate clients on digital banking, support outreach, and participate in relationship management to meet clients' needs. Strong communication and multi-tasking skills are required; occasional travel and weekend hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
