Job summary

Truist in Philadelphia is seeking a Regular full-time teller to provide timely and accurate client transactions while delivering high-quality service and maintaining records. You will engage clients, educate them on digital banking, and support outbound outreach to identify needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master personal computer (PC) keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, handling complex and standardized transactions, and uncovering needs.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by outbound calls, checking offers, identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines.
• Advance knowledge through training and meetings and adapt to policy changes.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution, handling workload per branch demands.
