Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet banking needs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with team members to help clients reach financial goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and devices while following bank procedures.
