Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality, delivering proactive, tech-enabled service and expertise. You will help clients reach their financial goals by connecting them with products and solutions in a welcoming branch setting.

You will open new accounts, educate on Chase Mobile and digital tools, and collaborate with the branch team to ensure a seamless client experience. Prior client service experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service at the branch.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank procedures.
