Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to welcome clients and deliver attentive service, using digital tools to meet financial needs. You will represent our brand and help clients achieve their goals while building trusted relationships in the branch.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, opening accounts, handling day-to-day transactions, promoting Chase Mobile App and digital channels, and collaborating with the team to provide seamless service while adhering to policies and regulatory

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience delivering client-focused service.
Ability to build trusted client relationships.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and assisting with lobby flow.
Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital channels (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
Build relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with the team to reach financial goals.
Perform branch operations and assist with cash devices while following bank procedures.
