Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet for queueing and scheduling meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance, assist with opening new accounts, and comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital options like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team members to meet financial goals.
• Assist branch operations, including cash devices handling, while following bank policies.
