Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage lobby flow, using a tablet to check in and schedule meetings.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and maintaining bank procedures.
