Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to welcome clients and provide attentive service, helping them achieve financial goals with Chase mobile and online tools.

You will open and service accounts, educate clients on transactions, and partner with branch team members to deliver seamless experiences. The role emphasizes hospitality, relationship-building, and compliant operations within a diverse, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a branch team.
• Detail-oriented and able to resolve client issues.
• Willingness to learn banking products and procedures.
• Ability to deliver a welcoming, hospitality-driven client experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on banking transactions and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with team members to meet client goals.
• Perform branch operations such as cash handling and ATM duties in line with bank procedures.
