Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients upon entry, manage lobby flow, and schedule/cancel meetings.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and open new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and tech self-service tools (mobile app, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients reach financial goals.
• Handle branch operations including cash devices while following bank policies.
