Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations — delivering attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Ability to build trusted relationships — demonstrating genuine care and concern during interactions with clients.
• Ability to engage clients — communicating clearly and politely to understand and help, anticipating client needs.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow with a tablet, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options via the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while complying with bank policies.
