Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Provide account servicing, opening new accounts, and adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful client relationships through active listening and tailored product knowledge.
• Assist with branch operations, including handling cash devices in line with bank policies.
