JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the Chase brand in a branch setting. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using financial knowledge to offer solutions and enhance the client experience.

The role requires sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends and some evenings. You will operate within regulatory guidelines and collaborate with a team of specialists to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone consultations.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations, and Life licenses (or enroll in JPMorgan Chase licensing within 180 days).
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
