The role focuses on acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships, using financial knowledge to provide thoughtful solutions and contribute to branch success. Flexibility for weekend and some evenings is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients – elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters/tolerances and meet compliance obligations.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, polite communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
