You’ll need 1+ year in retail banking sales, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success in acquiring and deepening client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, tailoring product benefits to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and deliver a consistent client experience.
• Compliance with risk, regulatory requirements, and training.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, and state registrations; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Explain banking solutions clearly and connect clients to technology like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to effectively consult and coordinate with specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
