JP Morgan Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker for a Chase Branch. You will represent our brand with hospitality, acquire and manage client relationships, and use banking solutions to meet financial needs.

You’ll guide clients through products and services, while staying compliant and informed about regulations. The role emphasizes delivering excellent service, leveraging technology, and collaborating with a team of experts to support clients’ financial goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and meet compliance obligations.
• High school degree or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses required; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsabilités

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) for banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
