JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the brand in a Chase Branch. You will build and manage meaningful client relationships, using financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions and deliver outstanding service.

You will guide clients through technology tools and work with a team of experts to meet complex needs. The role requires sales experience, strong communication, and flexibility for weekend/evening hours, with emphasis on regulatory compliance and licensing

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in acquiring new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service quality.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, tailoring product features to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required compliance training.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent; licensing requirements for SIE/Series 6/63 and Life licenses with JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days.

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive service, creating a welcoming branch environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor financial solutions.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand clients, build trust, and anticipate needs.
• Educate clients about technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to solve banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
