Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver warm, welcoming service and create meaningful client relationships in a branch setting. You will help clients open and service accounts while guiding them to use Chase’s digital tools and traditional banking channels to meet their financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow and appointments.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on transactions and digital banking tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with the branch team.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in compliance with bank policies.
